I have been and remain a "small r" republican. I've been to the Louvre and Hermitage and there were plenty of tourists there. "Paddy the Republican" means something else, rather more complicated.

(2) i joke about my personal association with Claude Rains' elegant cynicism but reading this I feel about little hollow. No witty asides from this south Londoner. The acceptance of Crimea & little green men and Putin's PM to President dictatorship are why we are here now.

This worked well. Roast ribs of beef with spuds, carvallo nero and carots. Bit of gravy and wine. There have been worse #cookingwithpaddy

#teamblewer coming to the new forest for a long time. 2 kids who love it. The natural beauty of the forest and awesome wildlife engagement. Pigs, horses, sheep, cows, deer, ostriches & bats. Also excellent beer. Hampshire is rich. Missing kirsty and petra.
