Been through a lot these last few months. It’s been a lot honestly and I don’t know how to talk about it, but I’m thankful to be in a better mental state these days.

Done in my chicken scratch as all hell (teacher said written or typed was fine, I went written due to uhhh not wanting to bother with the library), still was one of the higher grades in the class.

Can guarantee for every single essay I ever wrote in high school, was always done under the wire. Shortest time I ever worked on one was for English class during lunch period which was about...45 minutes?? Don't remember what it was on/for. Slammed out about 6-7 pages I think in that span.

I wrote a 15 page report on heraldic symbolism in medieval armor and weapon design for my art history class the night before it was due (8am class). Made up 90% of it (only found one book for reference) and got an A. GenAI could fucking never.

wrote 20 pages on Faulkner's The Bear four hours before final papers were due on trucker pills and coffee and cigarettes and got an A, fuck you.
You people couldn't hang with real slackers.

Yeah, I think I saw Hika's post a little earlier about it, and that does sound really nice. Like it is kinda one more thing, but it's a connected thing which patreon would not...(and i was only considering it due to name recognition xP and less messing around with my actual site)
