This past fall, my phone and laptop had be replaced because they would not longer hold a charge. Today I discovered my ear buds won't charge.

And I'm worried about my hand me down iPad. For the same fucking reason.

What the hell?? I mean, it's kinda funny since I can't hold a charge either.

Re: my car being paid off.
So, March 15, 2020 my husband, daughter and I woke up at 4am to a drunk driver, 2 busted cars, a crumbling wall and a destroyed young tree. The driver hit my car which sent it barreling to an wall (not part of the main structure) just outside the front door. It stopped with 3 feet from our front door. His car kept going over the tree and got stuck there. The driver was dazed but fine. He'd fallen asleep at the wheel less than 50 yards from his house. My car was totaled. We replaced it with a used car a month later (car shopping during lock down was fun /s.) This could have been so much worse. If my car hadn't been there, he would've come through the front door. If the tree hadn't been there, he would've crashed into my daughter's room...possibly her bed. The car we got in April 2020... made the final payment today. I didn’t realize I still had any feelings about that, but today it feels like a chapter has finally closed. This week is full of bad anniversaries for me. But this is nice. And needed.
