They aren't half fine looking cars. I've had to de-program my brain which only knew them as rather decrepit bangers by the time I was aware of them. Now I can appreciate them a bit more.

Despite everything I would say that it has given me a creative outlet because there is no way anyone would have looked at my art before. It was the first reason I ever got a social media account. That and I have met some great people. It's just a shame it's a bit broken now.

Has anything great happened in your life because of social media?

Cool that she is thinking of bioarch field schools. Although my god that side of things was expensive. I never got to do any cool fieldwork until I was a postgrad and someone paid me to go.

I really hope so. I definitely need a change. Trying now not to pin all my hopes onto it.

I did it. Seemed ok but who knows. At least I wasn't a total anxiety ball.

Anxiety, brain fog...customer critical issue making me feel sucky. Perfect interview conditions. Honestly I want to cancel.

I understand completely. It can be very hard to gauge what is actually worth worrying about and what isn't. Before I managed to get a handle on the social stuff I used to see people post things which were major triggers & often probably also posted from an anxious person.

I should note this is almost 5 years in from starting to get better! It seemingly is a bit of a marathon.

Currently terrified and enthused by interview tomorrow. Worried about how a negative result will feel but now and then enthused I am trying to make a change.

They often say addicts have to confront this. I'd agree but for me it has come in various waves with this one seemingly being near the end. I'm terrified and enthused depending on what hour of the day it is.

I feel lately like my depression is largely gone but anxiety has not. Unslaked by anhedonia life is beautiful and terrifying in equal measure. I'm sure you all know this but I've spent a decade finding various ways to feel as little as possible.

Making some progress on these gold tin types. It’s quite a bit different from the glass dry plates.

It's on the film pack in this case. Really easy to install. I'm really enjoying mine after buying it this year. You get quite a few duds and cost is quite high per frame but when it works the results are enough to keep me going.

I've got an SX-70 and then I usually use 600 film with an ND filter.

Felt lousy this morning so a quick polaroid session at lunch to cheer myself up. Quick phone snap of a Polaroid taken through my greenhouse window. #BelieveInFilm

I think it would go well with gorgonzola but perhaps not one for the purist!

Thank you! In all likelihood they will be a bust but I've got results off plates from the early 20s before so you never know!

These purport to be 118 years old. Just around the time the quickest way to cross the Atlantic was in Lusitania. I'm going to use one. I think they will be the oldest I have tried. I will save the box as it's a lovely artifact. #BelieveInFilm

Holidays and commitment of funds elsewhere mean I am running on film fumes. A roll of 127 in this it is then!
A small great Yashica TLR camera

Does anyone know is there a lead time in Intrepid cameras? I assume they are made to order and I am tempted by one for hiking on an upcoming trip but if it might take a while I would need to order in advance.

I am now imagining Hurt by The Specials and it would have been pretty great!
