Other words he is prone to saying ~under order of President Trump. I take those words as his cop out, like ~I'm just following orders. This swings back to the Patriotic Six Congresspeople who said ~you should not obey illegal orders. Hegseth obeyed illegal orders and gave them.

Why isn't Trump treated like a Vexatious Litigant? He seems to lose many more cases/charges than he wins. And if he were considered to be a V.L. shouldn't he pay the cost of his frivolous lawsuits instead of the taxpayer?
