Watched a sumo tournament and I can see how it would be useful for self defense given you're in a very small space with such intensity. You also only get like 30 seconds at most to win. Besides their size, I think anyone who trains for sumo is likely well equipped for stressful self defense moments

In Undertale: Wildfire, the protagonist is the Orange human soul and a martial artist. Their style isn't really specified, but the outfit looks very similar to a Silat Uniform with a similar stance as well
