It strikes me that last week's episodes have brought #TheArchers to a dead stop. We are left with nothing to look forward to, for although there are rumours of a crisis to come, they are only rumours. Of course, there is the tractor event, but somehow it doesn't stir my expectations. #TheArchers

To be fair, Rawalpindi’s countryside looks gorgeous. So understand Akram’s yen for his homeland. But his kids are British. Not to mention, Zainab’s an adult. She can and should make her own choices. Speaking as a kid who had no choice but to leave the UK when my parents left for good #TheArchers

Going to uni in Pakistan will not give you the same access going to uni in the UK will. As much as Akram would like it to be or how excellent the education system in Pakistan is. We still live in an unfair and discriminatory world #TheArchers
