Yep, the rise of litigants in person in family courts is absolutely crackers. What I find particularly annoying is this was all known and communicated at the time. I was part of the campaign against the cuts and we did so much work with MP's to flag this but still they went ahead.

Minnesota officials renewed their calls on Friday for state agents to be allowed to help investigate the fatal shooting of a woman by an ICE officer earlier this week. State investigators so far have been denied access to evidence, they said.
