A thread on Venezuela, Greenland, Oracle, Nvidia and OpenAI:
Venezuela was targeted because of AI. Why? Venezuela possesses the world's largest oil reserves. AI produces no verifiable assets; in fact, it is so far from breaking even that even Microsoft is gasping for air just to keep OpenAI funded.

I am suprised, Buba &EU&Japan are not playing hardball with the US.

They need to stop crying about Nvidia’s valuation and start protecting their own digital industry. If the US can weaponize the Dollar, EU will weaponize the GPUs next. There. Is that so hard?

I was told that the US is running Venezuela now and it would be easy and there'd be lots of money... and now the US govt is telling Americans to get the hell out.

These guys don't even know what a plan is. It's all just wish casting. It's incredible that they currently run the world.

Bessent is trying to run a leveraged buyout on the global order. He’s using the military as the debt and the allies' reserves as the equity. But he forgot that in an LBO, if the asset (global trust in US military protection) collapses, the whole thing goes into Chapter 11.
