If DHS, the White House and the State Department have been offered the opportunity to comment and have declined, you report that and move on. You don’t give them a veto over the story by refusing to comment.

These students are not receiving favoritism because they are Asian. This is an entirely merit based program. These cuts are short sighted, counterproductive and discriminatory. They will diminish America’s greatness.

Trump couldn’t play four dimensional chess if you spotted him the first three dimensions. There is no conceivable explanation for this other than corrupt motives, so they have to resort to attributing it to mystical mind powers that they cannot begin to understand.
