I'm not really a TikTok guy...but while I do think this whole exercise is horrible, there is one big problem with this strategy...the Democrats were pretty complicit in how we got here.

Wife found out she's not actually allergic to cats so this thing is in my lap now. 🤷 She's a Maine Coon, 6 mth old, don't have a name yet, and, yes, she's adorable/cuddly/etc.

While not unique to conservatives, something that tends to get many hardcore MAGA types up in arms is the need for "single issue" bills in Congress. While there are pros and cons that practice - or lack thereof - it will be interesting to see how many push back on this proposal for, ya know, reasons

This summer, I made an elk skin frame drum. For the last few weeks, I've been rhythmically playing it for about 20 mins to start my day. It's an alternative type of mediation I've been experimenting with, and I've been enjoying it. Just a random reminder to take a few minutes for yourself every day.

Look, I'm standing by my call that the Chiefs drop 2 more...but it would be nice if they didn't make it seem like it was a week-to-week call. For the record, I circled the three losses back in week 5 and so far I was right about the first one.

Lots of talk about Federal budgets and whatnot so I thought I'd offer this to help inform the conversation a bit. YTD by broad category and large agency as a % and $. Cuts are harder than people think. It takes a scalpel, not an axe w/o eliminating major programs. Your mileage may vary.

Started OctSober a decade or two ago to support a couple of friends who were struggling with addiction. The idea was simple enough, give up alcohol/drugs for a month. Over the years it's evolved as I've added things that were potentially harmful to my overall wellbeing. 1/n

Sometimes "putting in the work" is as simple as sitting on your ass, eyes closed, mind free, breath even, and just letting go. It's every bit as much an investment in your health as exercise so, take 10 mins to find a quiet spot and just...breathe.

I will at least give him credit for wearing his regular black shirt, black pants, black shoes combo and not trying to go all ammosexual, tacticool with a bunch of newly bought 5-11 gear. Other than that, this is no different than shooting a pistol sideways like a "gangsta."

It was on this day, 6 years ago, that I really felt that the #KCChiefs had turned the corner as a franchise. We only went 10-6 that season but we opened up by beating Brady/Belichek in Foxborough. It felt different and signaled something was shifting. #ChiefsKingdom
