Would not at all be surprised if there is some culture war shit going on here too for NE republicans who want their kids to go to college (and who won’t get into ivies) and are scared of the liberal reputations of many schools so they send them south, making assumptions about the politics.

In WA we are one of the very few states (maybe only, I’m not sure) where the tribal casinos were granted a monopoly on sports betting. The casinos have betting apps, but you can only access them if you’re on the casino’s WiFi.

It is truly infuriating to me that roughly half the country thinks that both parties are the problem. They never learn anything, tend to vote against the incumbent party, and we all (them included, and probably especially them) suffer for it, as politicians from both parties chase their votes.

Bill C’s S&P+ likes the Huskies quite a bit, and they sort of passed the eye test for me against Ohio St? The lack of red zone scoring was a big problem and that fake fg was a debacle but the game was also weirdly officiated.
