I really hope with the tiktok ban we see a resurgence of cosplay sketch videos and CMVs. Maybe it’s just the fandoms I’ve been in recently, but it feels like these two things were really rare ever since tiktok grew.

I think this year i want to invest the whole year into making a really complex and well thought out cosplay. I tend to give myself 6ish months to work on each cosplay because my local con is twice a year and i have so many characters i want to be. I want to see what i can make when i can give - 1/2

Realized i havent posted any progess photos for my anby costume in awhile. I’ve finished it… kinda. The con is tomorrow and unsurprisingly i’m not that proud of it considering the amount of work i crunched last minute. But it is what it is. Its the consequences of poor time management

Got distracted by the Christmas gift grind. But i’m back to working on this costume. Currently figuring out her arm pipes (?). If i have to cut another circle anytime soon i might cry.

Realized i hated the way the zipper looked so i spent today fixing that and finally finishing the arm holes. They don’t look the best but they probably wont be seen so it’s fine?!

I started making redesigns of total drama characters like a year ago but never did anything with them. Debating if I should post them here or smth.

PSA from the Bluesky "It's A Feature, Not A Bug" files: when you post your hashtags, it's good to use #PascalCase (capitalize each word in the tag). That'll allow screen readers to pronounce the tags in a comprehensible way. But that works everywhere, not just here on Bluesky.

This is as much work on this costume as i could get in this three day span of time. I never got around to making the sleeves or even thinking about them. Hoping i’m able to find time to continue working on this before Halloween. If not i guess i’ll be throwing on a different cosplay for my costume.
