Stříhám papír na kusy a lepím je dohromady.
I cut paper to pieces and paste them together.

I'm making scale models out of (mostly) paper and post (mostly) daily pics.

all the work in the living room without worrying about fresh air. But if things change and I get an airbrush and a good space to use the chemicals, I'll definitely try some plastic kits.

Thank you!😊 I used to build (trash) a lot of plastic kits when I was a kid and I love watching everyone's builds and progress here, but I'm not sure I'll get back to it anytime soon. I don't have the tools (and skills) and I like that with paper, I can make one very small bit at a time and I can do

Thank you!😊

I'm sorry to hear that. This model is static by design (only the hook for the trailer is supposed to move), but models that move are a lot of fun to build.

You can follow Scale models (bsky.app/profile/cesa...) and Historical Scale models (bsky.app/profile/matt...). And add the hashtags to your posts to participate.

I'd create a starter pack, but IMO the feeds work better for a community. And I don't want to pick who's in the pack and who stays out 😅

50 years isn't that much when you take more than a year to build one kit 😅

Fortunately, unbuilt paper models are just booklets, so there's no reason to stop buying them just because I already have more than 50 years worth of building 😜

But I just realised that my stash goes across four rooms in two different countries, so maybe I should reconsider 🙂

Thank you! ☺️ You never know, it might still turn out to be a sailboat 😜

Thank you!😊 That sounds like a lot of fun memories 🙂

Thank you!

The scale and the level of detail are similar. But the Tatra doesn't need to be aerodynamic, so there will be more *visible* details 🙂 And also some moving parts, that should be fun to build.
