It’s a scary time to be an early career researcher, and I really feel that on top of doing great science at the bench, we should be out there doing great science communication in both formal and informal settings!

Developmental biology has merit on the facts that every single one of us has to develop to exist. Not all of us get cancer or heart disease! Frankly, it’s a failure of our community that we haven’t made this point to the general public.
