Well, I’m not an electrician, but a four ring hob, 2kW heater, washing machine & dishwasher through a bodge of 2 and 4 gang extensions looks like poor wiring scheme to me. No breakers tripped, but some fuse in a hidden underfloor plug somewhere did what it’s supposed to do.

Spare bedroom. Heater on the blink, and spare microwave ineffective at warming room so have been issued with hot water bottle. Thanks Mum! #duvetknowitschristmas
