Originally the UK would share the cost by also using our part of frozen assets. Since that idea was put aside, I haven't seen anything else on how the UK could contribute, so joining in with this loan makes sense

But turning a luxury product into a mass consumption one isn't what AI is doing for most people. Maybe it's true some of the time but a lot of it is taking existing mass consumption items (internet search, news, household goods) and making them worse
