Contemplating to moving my dolls to instagram. Sure the app is shit and meta sucks ass, but now bsky has started that puritan stuff on their TOS and I've seen this same happening too many times. I'd rather just jump the ship. At least insta is bullshit I know and there are lots of people🙃

Every artist I’ve ever known has this itch to create that won’t go away until they create. They have to do it.

It’s why I know the “finally, someone like me can make art” AI users are full of shit. What they really mean is “finally, a way to get social media likes without hard work”.

I saw Cinderella ballet on weekend, and now on Monday I'm still thinking about the moment when The Shoe didn't fit stepsisters. The stepmother yanked the shoe for herself, shoved her foot in and started to walk to the door ready to become queen, not giving a shit about the ill fit.

Beautiful 1860s Victorian butterfly, which was used to store small packets of sewing needles on the underside of the wings. This was a collaboration between a London-based drapers company and a sewing needle manufacturer. On exhibit at Tatter Blue, a Brooklyn textile museum.
