Similarly for sausages, they're just "delivery vehicles". Are eg. blood sausages now no longer sausages? Not all varieties contain meat.

Also, the proposed legislation simply says that the products must _contain_ meat, so I take it a sausage with 0,0001% meat is still a sausage?

What I actually saw was closer to something like this.

And yes I kind of went all-in 😅 desaturated 75%, simulated the Purkinje effect by pushing shadows to blue&cyan, "compressed" contrast with levels adjustments, added a bluish-gray cast, and dropped clarity&texture

The same scene but much darker, with practically no color left, everything shifted towards a bluish-gray and with much less contrast, and looking slightly blurry

I was out in the woods again after dark, and I took a long exposure photo of the moonlight shining from between the trees at the edge of a sheep enclosure.

It's neat how it looks almost like it was taken during daylight, thanks to camera sensors not having the same limitations as our eyes

Photo taken from the edge of a forest, looking towards a green pasture, with what I swear is moonlight shining light onto the ground and a boulder about halfway between me and the edge of the pasture. Most of the picture is just dark outlines of trees (mainly evergreens)

Once the younger gens grow up enough we're going to be so fucked, more or less globally. Especially young men have gone off the deep end, and I'm not sure there's any way to fix this situation anymore, not without a whole lot of people dying first – I fully expect to end up in a camp in my lifetime

Oh nice, you can redefine structs in Julia 1.12. You'll have to redefine methods too so they'll work with the redefined struct, but Revise.jl will probably pick up the slack there. This'll make using the REPL, notebooks etc. much nicer.

Oh and this "voluntary" mass surveillance must somehow not lead to indiscriminate scanning of message content (??), but also be "sufficiently effective". Wouldn't want ineffective mass surveillance, now would we?

At least the Germans have a spine. Despite opposing Chat Control, the Parliament of Finland ended up saying that they still want "voluntary" (on the part of the messaging service providers, not us plebs!) mass surveillance
