BD2. I’ve been fortunate enough to do that. After plenty of mis-starts, I got my theology degree & have been pastoring various churches for over 30 years now. Still had the occasional burn out. Just celebrated our 40th anniversary, 5 adult kids & as of a few months ago, 3 grandkids.

Yeah done that. It’s embarrassing 😳

It’s the crash at the end that bothers me.

That’s what I’m thinking. The constant fidgeting that annoys ppl, the cutting people off which is worse. The starting 6 projects at once…

My adult son was recently diagnosed with ADHD and it got me examining myself too. About 1 in 5 or 6 ppl with bipolar also have ADHD. I’m not really sure where to go from here, but starting with a chat with my GP in a couple of weeks.

Yeah. After 30-odd years I’ve stopped hiding it. Now it’s in my profile & I interact with #BipolarSky every day. I’m almost 60 now, so I guess a bit of maturity is to be expected.
