What they did to Kate’s costumes and makeup in season 3 of Bridgerton is absolutely criminal. Why does it look so ashy? Why are her costumes so unflattering? Who had a vendetta against the poor girl? She looked gorgeous in her season.

Idk why I can’t stop fixating on the stupid, random, run-down castle in Wicked 2, but I can’t. Whose castle was this? When was it abandoned? Why does Elphaba only go there in the second half of the movie when it’s literally the establishing shot of the first film? Why did she even have a treehouse?

How does Anthony Bridgerton have such deeply repulsive anti-charisma when Fiyero, who on paper is basically the same character, is so charismatic? Truly a testament to how talented Jonathan Bailey is, I suppose.

I’ve been tossing around an idea to write about the yogurt shop murders for years (specifically about the way trauma transcends generations) and it’s honestly surreal that there’s answers now. The conversation I planned to have with my mom is definitely going to be a little different than I planned.

My mom was close friends with one of the victims. This case has loomed over my family since before I was born. My mom and I cried together tonight over this.
For anyone who lived in Austin at the time (and that includes me), this is huge.
I hope this brings closure and peace to the families of these four girls.

I can’t believe I thought Sinners was just a historical drama. But no, it’s a historical horror vampire musical. And that’s basically everything I could ever want in a movie.

Howl’s Moving Castle is a gorgeous movie, but my wife keeps pitching a book-accurate BBC miniseries and I want that so bad. Welsh-post-grad-rugby-player-turned-glam-rock-wizard constantly in arguments with 18-yo-turned-old-lady until they fall in angry love with each other.

Abigail would be a better movie if they just let Joey act like a recovering addict. It’s too wishy-washy. She’s calm and collected until Abigail is goading her then she’s making excuses which just doesn’t work for me. She either needs to be newly sober (and then struggle because holy shit vampire)/
