If Democrats don't do something BIG tonight for the SOTU, I'm going to be beyond pissed. Boo. Walk out. Set the place on fire. Whatever it takes...

Every idiot who voted for this should be loaded into a giant catapult and jettisoned out of the country.

We can all keep sharing Jon Stewart and Rachel Maddow's latest hilariously snarky rants, but just know that it won't make a bit of difference and in the meantime the USA continues getting taken over by oligarchs and grifters. (Kind of done with the evening shows...what's the point?)

The second American Revolution will start in Boston, too.

Three updates:
1. The Justice Department has deleted a database tracking federal police misconduct. The database was first proposed in 2020 following the police killing of George Floyd.

A controversial proposal for Democrats: Create a PAC to support Republican candidates in safely red districts currently being cowed by the threat of a primary. Pledge Dem votes and support to responsible Republicans willing to finally show a spine and buck anti-American MAGA and Trump policies.

There is no doubt about it (and hasn't been for a while), but the United States of America is "a bad guy" now. Siding with Russia. Saying it was Ukraine's fault. Threatening to take over other countries. Tearing down our health and education systems. And ignoring the rule of law.

Chuck Schumer peering over the top of his bifocals is no longer the look the Democratic party needs.

Maybe if we all think the same thing at the same time, we can manifest the massive heart attack, or at least hurry it up a little.

Guys, Jon Fetterman is just the new Joe Manchin. Let's jettison him.

@chrismurphyct.bsky.social If you want a shot at Prez, and I believe you deserve one, we’re going to need to see a LOT more fight. We need a bare knuckle brawler right now.

We’re in the Empire Strikes Back era, but have faith that the Jedi will return…and kick ass.

I am all for whatever crypto/bitcoin scams Trump wants to sell to his MAGA fanbase. Separate more fools from more money. Maybe they'll eventually catch on and get pissed off, but probably not.

My optimistic take is that the levels of corruption, incompetence and backstabbing in the Trump administration will lead to MAGA tearing itself apart. Hopefully before the country does.

First post. Here to follow other good people sickened by the other platforms. Let’s take the flag back from pickup trucks and red caps.
