Just put up the first version of my take on a #Godot version manager here: github.com/patricktcoak...

It uses a hybrid TUI/CLI approach to be both easy to use and flexible for users. Right now I have .zip releases for Windows and Linux, as well as Scoop and Homebrew repos.
