The Supreme Court case arose because the Scottish Government issued guidance that went well beyond what the law actually says.
It feels like there’s every chance the EHRC has just made exactly the same error in the opposite direction. And it could just as easily end up back in court as a result.

Depending on what it's made of, how thick it is, etc, I would think it might easily be transparent to radar
