I wrote a love letter to all parkrun volunteers last week. I’ve had feedback that it wasn’t me who wrote the letter 😱. Fact is, I wrote it. Of course it was edited. I’m writing to one million people.

We’ve been trying to convince our neighbour/friend to come to parkrun. She’s 87. She’s hesitant. When I told her about Grace, she said ‘no problem then, I’ve got 10 years to get it done’ 😂
