From the NTSB investigation into the Titan submersible, thats the internals of some super expensive commercial deep sea camera they used and it contains some redacted @adafruit.com Qwiic/Stemma board and a Teensy 3.2
Very funny that they requested to redact the markings.

Just want to share my excitement at finally finding a KVM switch that doesn't suck. No more attention-breaking 5-10 seconds of black screen when switching between my Mac and Linux machine.

This isn't sponsored or an ad, only me enjoying what has seemed impossible for so long.

Wow, "ChatGPT Psychosis" wasn't on my 2025 bingo card! Really hope it's extremely rare, but sharing because anyone may have friends or relatives falling for AI-backed delusion and really in need of help.

New Years resolution... At the Teardown conference @aliegg.bsky.social suggested I ought to buy an iFixit battery. It arrived in July, but has sat on my shelf since, 'cause the phone still works. Going to actually install it "sometime soon", or at least before Teardown 2025.

FastLED adds Massive Parallel LED Output on Teensy 4.0 & 4.1 thanks to Kurt Funderburg's ObjectFLED driver. The driver uses non-blocking DMA, so you can can prepare the next frame while the current frame draws. More detail on reddit.

Been working on a Teensy 4.0 library which can capture and analyze timing of WS2812 LED data.

In this picture, Teensy #4 controls eight WS2812 LEDs while Teensy #6 captures high & low timing of every data bit.

Still work-in-progress, but initial code uploaded to Github.

Setting up a pair of Raspberry Pi 5s and 2.5gb networking for the ARM 32 & 64 bit builds of Teensy's software. Huge improvements in the build process and copying source from desktop to SBCs too! The old way was always painful. Looking forward to smoother sailing.
