I remember seeing my grandparents pill sorter and thinking, "How can anyone need that much medicine every day?" Now I think the same thing as I take 4 pills every morning, spray steroids in my nose, and remember to refill my inhaler.

I just felt a pang of sadness/guilt about switching from my old fitbit to a new health tracker. Like... I feel like I made it sad. I think my empathy has gone too far officially. I'm anthropamorphizing a fitbit.
