If your peak demand is 3 KW the average demand should be 1.5 KW and your unit is 6 times oversized. It should cycle on and off a lot. Perhaps I misunderstood. Other explanations is low refrigerant or measurement error.

It's hard . They need much more cooling in the summer than the house normally has .... I guess the data center in my home could bring it's own cooling. More practical would be data center integration into district heating networks.
