I’ll read anything in good faith, but c’mon, man. An inherently skeptical attitude towards mergers, especially from already consolidated industries, was standard practice from the 1940’s until the 80’s. Ignoring how many people are fired in mergers immediately and overtime is profoundly obtuse.
