I know the fake soccer peace prize has already been awarded this year. I would like to nominate myself for next year's fake award for the peace I was able to negotiate with 2 mortal enemies. The Hobbes and Milo peace agreement is a truly unprecedented achievement. Thank you for your consideration.

This little guy just turned 2. I found Milo on the highway coming home from work. I think he might have fallen out of an engine compartment of a car trying to keep warm. His paws were scuffed up, bloody lip and missing bottom tooth. Eyes needed medicine. Now he is Feline Prime.

Brought this hibiscus into my office because a cold front is coming in. It decided to bloom today. Must like the warm air off the CPU fans in the office.

Picked some habaneros from the garden to make some hot sauce. Simple recipe: White vinegar, clove of garlic, medium tomato, medium onion, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp salt. Simmer and blend. Our cat Milo looks on intrigued.

My band Lone Crow Rebellion played a music festival in PA last night. The sound guy had my bass dialed in. Life is good when the bass sounds like that.
