They said we were nuts years ago when we called for the Synder cut of Justice League. Later they said we were nuts when we called on Netflix to buy Warner Bros. I just rewatched Snyder's SuperMan, BvS extended and his Justice League, nothing Gunn has done is even close to Snyder. I still hope.

I was raised in Arkansas but born in Mississippi. For years I claimed to be an Arkansan because Mississippi was just so much worse in most ways. But Arkansans like Tom Cotton and Sarah Huckabee are making me think of reclaiming Mississippi. However, it really is a race to the bottom for both states.
Tom Cotton is actually and truly not worth my time.

So X added county of origin to profiles and made it easy to find the trolls. We don't have that on BlueSky. But a good alternative is to block the accounts that post negative things about Meghan Markle. I am convinced that they are all troll accounts.

Not liking Slow Horses would make me question my choice for a partner. Ha. Maybe Gary Oldman’s penultimate work in a very long career. He said he will retire after.
Finally watching the first season of Slow Horses. Hubs is not a fan…but then he doesn’t like mystery or thrillers the way I do.

got a phone call last week from an insurance company wanting to sign me up for a Medicare Advantage plan. I’m almost certain it was an AI. We had a pleasant conversation, and was very polite when I said “not interested”. When I hung up, I was sure it was an AI. Anyone else experience this?

Oh the horror. in 72 years, no one in my family has ever done anything different. If you are not cooking your turkey long enough to kill bacteria, you are the one with the problem

Today marks the completion of my 72nd trip around the Sun. Most everything seems like it happened recently, but also a long time ago if that makes sense. No matter how I think about it 7 decades is a lot of life. My hope is I live long enough now that Trump/MAGA is a much less painful memory.

If I was the FBI looking into gambling related corruption in the WNBA, I would start with the refs. They are in a perfect postion to effect point spreads. It would explain a lot about their inconsistency if true.

I got the explanation of change in benefits for my medicare advantage plan in 2026. If I understand the literature, it looks like my copay for generics went from $0 to $400 (cummulative). Guessing this is the effect of the big beautiful bill.
