During construction, the two westernmost lanes from NE Lloyd Boulevard to NE Everett Street will be closed to all motor vehicles. Steel plates will be installed at the end of each workday. Sidewalks will remain open for pedestrians and bicyclists during repairs.

It has been an absolute joy to ride with community every month for the 2025 season. Starting in April on Earth Day, the City Bike Bus rolled downtown seven different times since. Every ride was open to the greater Portland community so that anyone commuting downtown could bike with a group.

This is an easy pace, no-drop ride, and will be approximately 8 miles long. The ride is a loop, and will follow the rules of the road. BRING LIGHTS - sunset is at 6:41 pm. This is the first ride in our series of rides and workshops for Ride Through the Seasons.

This Halloween, make your street the safest and spookiest place to be. Free PBOT Block Party Permits allow neighbors to close the street to cars and open it up for car-free trick-or-treating, potlucks, games, jack-o-lantern carving, or a Día de los Muertos celebration! (Just to name a few ideas 🎃)

Join PBOT at the joint Arbor Lodge and Overlook neighborhood project meeting, Wed. Oct. 8, at Arborlook Carts, 4 to 6 p.m. to learn about new safety improvements coming to N Ainsworth Street. At 6 p.m. we'll walk a quarter mile to N Omaha Avenue to talk about the planned traffic diversion pilot.

Reminder to people driving on NE Broadway - stay to the left of the bike lane and the concrete islands before making a right turn from NE Broadway to a side street. The bike lane is for bicycling (and scooting, skateboarding, etc.) and should not be used by drivers for turning right.
