For general purpose tidying up the web, I use CookieAutoDelete, which has great setting to keep or discard cookies based on website, patterns, etc.

For all other web nonsense, I use uBlock Origin in Waterfox browser to stop them from displaying.

+1 for Consent-O-Matic for auto GDPR cookie and provacy pop-over completion. It works effectively and wicked fast on most websites.
