Yeah I’ve found the free ones to be pretty limited. Found that taking my temperature- measuring basal body temp has been the best way to track with PCOS. I’m not on birth control so knowing my temp helps with seeing where I’m at in my cycle. Hopefully you find something that works for you.

I agree! Also have to figure out what will work for your life and body. I’ve tried inositol in capsule and powder form- trying different brands. It takes time, money and energy to manage.

I take inositol but haven’t heard of berberine.

It also found that “almost half of Canadians agree that periods make people physically weaker (45%) and less able to control their emotions (49%).” These findings are extremely disappointing if not surprising, and point to the shame and stigma that persist when it comes to reproductive health. 2/4

that's a long time! plus the years you were wondering what was going on. i am in awe at how little is known about it and how many health care professionals have very basic understanding of it beyond a 'fertility issue'. like this affects mind, body. all of it.
