King Charles has done his sleight of hand - the date for Trump’s State Visit has now been set for September 17-19.
Parliament won’t be sitting so there’s no question of Trump addressing it, however much his ego demands. And Charles will be in residence in Windsor not Buck Pal. No London trip.

A great piece about the city I am proud to have grown up in. Now, just as during my childhood, its diversity is its strength and this is true of Britain’s other great cities. This upsets people with small minds (and yes a professor can have a small mind).
