Venezuelan oil is some of the worst oil in the world. It's so hard to extract and refine that prices need to be upwards of $80-$90 a barrel for it to even be worth it. Currently oil is $60 a barrel. You think US companies will be able to jump right in & pump? Trump is a dumbshit. It’s sludge oil.
