I have released a new public beta build of my SNES homebrew audio driver. github.com/undisbelieve...

This beta moves `_` and `__` transpose MML commands out of the MML compiler and into the audio driver, so the semitone offset will affect loops and subroutines.

Playing console & PC games at home is seen as the default experience, but I'd bet that the majority of people in the 2000s experienced games in these social places, paying by the hour.

It's vastly underrepresented in academia & retrogaming debates but it's key to understanding things like F2P games

About the logo, eh, I don't mind the rebrand coming in time with an update that changes the entire program. Old one is iconic but I don't care, the icon pack I use on linux already had replaced it so I don't see it a lot anymore

Could be better? Maybe. I think the new MuseScore one is much worse

I learned audacity for a class 15 years ago, it still is the program I use for small quick edits, but 3.0 did turn me off a bit because of it changing some things things but not feeling new either, the development as explained in the video makes a lot of sense to me

4.0 looks sick as hell

I've added a transpose setting to my SNES audio driver.
Subroutines and loops can now be played with different semitone offsets.
Bytecode assembly only, the MML compiler changes have not been coded yet.
