Definitely a good change! Reddit has been recommending posts in that subreddit to me and it was just political rage bait featuring a few apparently most hated streamers.

YouTube viewers should set their preferred languages for audio, title and descriptions.
YouTube will always default to the original audio if it is in one of your preferred languages. (That includes videos in the original Klingon)
