Another useful method we created is called 4C:
• Context: what’s your relationship to the project & team & your role?
• Consequence: what was the impact of the work?
• Content: what’s the client story, what journey did you take?
• Conclusion: what’s changed, what would you do differently next time?

We take a goooood look at the conditions in the company hiring — including culture, critique, and mindset of leaders in cross-functional teams about what they believe design will do. This rebalances the power in the matchmaking, so it’s not 100% on the candidate to prove.
