(for now, using NT in modern versions is the greatly preferable option given it does not require making everything again from scratch)

Problem they'd have with that would be that they don't want the whole package deal of further updates - I think to appease them someone would have to make a whole-arse neoforge equivalent for b1.7 that backports QOL. Like the reverse of the nostalgic tweaks mod
