My most GenX quality (I’m an Xennial I think) is the fact I love long phone calls w folks I love. Just spent couple hours catching up w one of my besties and I wish timezones and well, life allowed for this all the time. I want to lay on the floor and chat like we did in middle school.

Realized I have the following in my fridge: chili crisp, Sambal olek, sriracha, tapatio, Frank’s red hot, cholula, yellow bird habanero hot sauce, crystal, el yucateco green habanero and a Vietnamese hot sauce for seafood. This is an entire shelf in the door. I may have a problem.
