I’ve hired professional organizers to redo my house starting today. They’re going to take everything out and put it all back again, beginning with the living room. I have no idea what I’ve got myself in to. I just wrapped med surg, I should have just drank a lot.

I'm confused, I thought everyone knew you got an IV when you come to the ER. Even for minor illness and injury because we don't know where you came from or how fast you may deteriorate at a moment's notice. This poke is for your benefit and the needle doesn't stay in, it's a plastic catheter, duh.
