Reopen Zion?

Too bad the NRC is kinda stalled out under a good admin, now they can't even regulate what is running.

Coal is dead, and natural gas needs to be next. We can't budge on that.

Mentally? Unlikely.

It's funny how someone always responds with this when something about immigrants is posted.

It's always got some vague details like the soccer game. Always a vague location like CA.

I call bullshit. Looking at your post history, you are a constant liar.

Probably safe to assume he has something. I can't imagine someone earning $16M/yr hasn't done so by exploiting people.

I really do hope I'm wrong, but we have seen this in the past. Cool honest looking ceo, ends up being a monster.

Money corrupts.

Yep, bad business is the rule.

Having worked for various corps and small business over the last several decades, I have yet to find to work that is ethical.

Even ones that appear that way from the outside, they generally are using PR / green washing.
December 13, 2025 at 3:07 PM
Keep doubling down, it's hilarious.

That is not what your original post said.
December 13, 2025 at 2:20 PM
This post really comes off as a "oh, people pointed out I was wrong, and can't edit. I know what I'll do, make another post saying they didn't get I was joking".

Nobody who reads your post sees it as anything other than "IBM was an honest business making honest decisions".

We have seen them get burned before. Lots of farmers lost their farms with his soybean wars last time, they voted for him again.

They didn't care when their own family died during COVID either.
December 12, 2025 at 9:15 PM
I keep saying it, but they don't care that it's easily proven because the base doesn't care either.

They believe what they are told to believe, and care about what they are told to care about.

They are not operating in good faith. Treating them like they are is why we can't win.
December 11, 2025 at 8:28 PM
Doesn't matter, he told them they are lowered.

Or they now like the new higher prices.

Reality doesn't matter to them.
December 11, 2025 at 7:39 AM
I wouldn't go that far.

IBM has constantly done business with the worst of the worst.

They enabled the Nazis to commit the Holocaust.

You forgot the guns.

There are other versions of this too for some communities.

Worked for one, he had a pr team to make it seem like he was a visionary, and everything was gold. They swept away the mess he left in his wake.

CPD is overstaffed if you look at the per capita cop/citizen.

About 2x LA, slightly under NYC, and about 2-3x the rest of the top 10.

Police budget matches with population between cities. So the budget per cop is about half what it should be.

Also, ours under perform on cases closed.

Hinges on one major thing, and why Dems keep losing, it doesn't matter.

This was done before, they don't really care.
Pointing out hypocrisy, doesn't matter, they don't care.

Epstein files get released, video of Trump raping kids, won't matter.

There is no line in the sand, there is no bottom.

Or when the US used it to blackmail foreign officials.

What's up with all the replies that have nothing to do with the story. Broken bots, or people who don't know how the Internet works?

This is BAD for everyone. This company is critical for many sites you use daily. They host Apache-kafka instances. IBM will bleed those companies in licensing.

The part of fiscal irresponsibility (R) has no business being in charge.

Rauner wrecked the state's finances. Lots of small businesses and non-profits doing work for the government died.

As a 95% on public transit, no car owner, I agree.

But too many people are making too much money to let cars go anywhere.
December 6, 2025 at 8:58 PM
They do, but at a better rate than human drivers.
December 6, 2025 at 6:33 PM
Seems like a still better driving record than human drivers.

Drivers are terrible.
