woke up bright and early from the horrors that are being a regulatory scientist in this place. anyone who also feels that way? anyone know how we get out while in a horrible market for funding research/science and jobs (especially for visa sponsorship)? are there any regulatory bodies that want us??

cannot be said enough that for a decade a critical number of americans have simply refused to accept that he means what he says
I hold a lot of disdain for the people who didn’t see this coming given P2025 but it does seem like the actual support for these goals is nonexistent, everyone who voted for him did so under the incredibly stupid assumption that he wouldn’t do this

as a disabled worker (restricted physically + travel worsens symptoms so also need hybrid/remote), i am terrified i will never work again. the ADA barely helped me get leave and accommodations before this, and i still ultimately was let go because they said no to hybrid. anyone have advice?
