Ultra debut at 60 km, no niggles, just a sore toe and some DOMS! Pleasantly surprised when I got a cup, which probably means I should read the race PMs more carefully.

First shouldn’t-have-worm-tights-run. Easy peasy, no niggles, just nice. Well within first rope time and low HR.
