End result : my hip went out of socket, I have popped it back in now but pain ugh

Back workout went well

The tiny change that has happened to my body since I started working out ❤️ I'm so happy with the result so far

I went up a bit on my back workout today ✨ and a bit on the hip workout too

Today was not as successful as I'd like but it's better than nothing

Taking a few rounds on my arms before I call it quits, might do one more round on legs tho

Doing some warmup for my back after using the stepping machine thingy (not the stair walker thingy)

I miss my dinner 😭 it's not often I have the energy to make something that I truly enjoy to eat
