If the US was not an ally would we not be calling our governments actions appeasement?
Is the US actually getting closer to revolution?

Reform told you reducing council tax was easy. They just had to slash Woke policies, and a billion or two would be saved. They wouldn't even need to close care services.

They promise you that.

And then every single Reform-led council cut care services and increased council tax.

If the left leave Twitter the right will implode, the algorithm is optimised for this very purpose.

Why aren’t the right wing asking if Venezuela has the right to defend itself?

Millionaires and billionaires had the opportunity to be welcomed by the people and they squandered it. There was a time where they could have been the alternative to austerity and they could have used their money and status for betterment of any state.

That time has passed.

I’m calling for a four-a-side match between the Green and the reformUK MPs.

Reform get an extra sub as they have an extra MP and their average age is far greater than the Greens average age.

What would happen if we just collectively stopped paying bill to companies who are run by the private sector such as water?

Telling a Your Party member to join the Greens makes as much sense as offering play-doh to a sculptor.

We like play-doh but we are working with granite.

Some of the people concerned about an imminent WW3 will be the same people who want to turn refugees away.

Either they think Britain is bulletproof or they think they will make better refugees than the current refugees…

Do you see the delusion yet?

Anybody else I this weird space where Donald Trump’s post on Truth Social about the ceasefire is almost TOO presidential for him?

I cannot help but be suspicious of him, I think he and Israel have given an enormous number of reasons to be suspicious.

It’s just struck me that the government, over the weekend, asked people who they consider to be terrorists to politely not protest because they won’t have enough police to arrest them and defend Jewish people.

They got a lot of nerve asking a question like that, do they ask al-qaeda that?

I remember when I was 21 a much older man at work told me I’d be a Tory by the time I’m 30 and I was a young idealist “just for now”.

Well I’m turning 30 and no one is a Tory anymore.

How can a government that 70% of a nation didn’t vote for be “ours”.

Ruling on less than 50% of the popular vote is certainly undemocratic… prove me wrong.

When Kier Starmer calls something like a Reform UK policy racist, it actually hurts the clarity of the argument that said policy is in fact racist even when it is.

This is because Kier Starmer and his government have some ambiguity when it comes to standing up against racism.

Is it just me or does “enormous opportunities” usually mean “able to do more stuff” not “tougher to do normal stuff”?

I’m not big on saying I could do jobs I’m not qualified for better than qualified people but I would suggest not alienating your entire voter base would really have helped keep support and maybe even gain some.
As I go round campaigning, it’s clear we are losing support at both ends of our voter coalition.

Tacking one way or the other doesn’t work. We need a compelling story which unites the country. I can help with that. News from campaigning in London👇 www.standard.co.uk/news/politic...

Something I’m learning when it comes to genocides such as Sudan and Gaza is that the more information we get, the larger the price paid by the people trying to be heard.
