That’s a great idea - we’re going through a major restructure with 50% redundancy so we can’t change our working hours. Can tweak them in terms of condense them but not increase/decrease.
And wouldn’t want to decrease as could affect payout!

That’s exactly what I do! Only thing that gets me through it! But it’s getting to the point where the full week is a real struggle. So looking at taking leave so they’re 4-day weeks too.
