It’s not, if anything it shows how much capital in AI is directed by individuals and funds that don’t understand a potential increase in training efficiency won’t significantly decrease compute in advanced models because the TTC trajectory is logarithmic to overcome the theoretical gap to AGI.

People might be disappointed with that line on Russia, but the context here is that Russia knows that it can impact Canada by targeting the US. So yeah, not a lot specifically targeting us, but it basically gets a 2-for-1 and we saw that with Tenent Media in September. www.cbc.ca/news/investi...
