As an actual business person who hasn’t bankrupted a single business, didn’t start with millions from family and managed (with my amazing wife doing a ton of the work too) to survive COVID, I will put my skills against his any day.

Abolishing DEI is precisely *how* you get undeserving, incompetent white men in positions of power. That’s precisely how things work without a framework to make sure that white frat bros aren’t the only ones getting seats at the table.
